Our Balconies overlook the garden, with beautiful flowers where you can enjoy an afternoon stay and experience coffee in peace and quiet.

All the windows have screens to protect our guest from those uninvited guests. During the summer months we do have some unwanted mosquitoes so the screens are lifesavers for our guests.

All rooms are air conditioned. Here you can stay cool during your stay. Rooms with air conditioners are a must for a pleasant stay.

Furnished rooms with a television set. If you want to enjoy some tv shows or your favorite sports event you will be able to enjoy some television time at your leisure.

The bathrooms are fully tiled. Nice tiled restrooms that will keep you feel like home. We will provide hair blower towels shampoo, conditioner and hand soap will be available.

Enjoy your drink in the sunset. As you will see we there are incredible sunsets from our rooms and in general there are terrific sunset views from all over the island.

Balconies are separated for privacy where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening lounge.

The rooms have complete kitchenettes where you can self serve yourself with your supermarket purchases. There is a range and a small refrigerator as well as plates and necessary utensils.

The north side has views of green fields of olive trees and other fruit trees as well as the wild flowers that Crete is know to have. The fields lead down to the beach in Kavros few kilometers away.

Our property is fully gated for your security.

Less than a five minute walk and approximately few hundred meters away from the studios you will arrive to Lake Kournas. There you will find restaurants, cafe, and souvenir stores.
